Register your time with mobile phone!

Time&Space, integrated solution for time&attendance and access control offers different possibilities of time registration using mobile phones. By supporting NFC technology, Time&Space can be easily used with NFC enabled mobile phones instead of classic cards. Passing through doors and registering time becomes a seamless operation in everyday life, by simply using your NFC mobile phone. Additionally, Time&Space offers mobile time registration, with GSM collector.

The main module of the mobile time registration system is the GSM Collector, where different events are assigned do specified phone numbers. Users register their events by simply calling a predefined phone number, which registers the call time and enters the predefined event in the database. After the call is hang-up, the user receives an SMS answer with confirmation of successful registration (name and time of event). Registration of events can also be performed over SMS. In this case, user sends SMS message to the predefined T&S phone number, containing the three-letter code of the event (e.g. ARR for arrival). Upon receiving the message, the system registers the event and an SMS confirmation is sent back to the user. Beside time registration, GSM collector handles also access control rights which make this module useful also for controlling traffic barriers, remote or hostile environment accesses control.
